Accounts & Age

You must be 18 or older to register and operate an account. A guardian may create a managed student profile for their minor child, operated under the guardian's consent (see the Privacy Policy, “Guardian Accounts & Managed Student Profiles”). Public publishing by minors is gated at the database layer — enforced by code, not policy prose.

Platform Rules

· No cheating, farming, or manipulating the points system (all point changes are HMAC-verified)
· No illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content
· No impersonation of people or organizations
· Published portfolio content must be truthful and based on verified task attempts

Content & Virtual Items

The platform may review, edit, or unpublish content to protect the community. Points and levels are virtual benefits with no cash value; rules may be adjusted. Publishing is versioned — edits to a published portfolio create a new version and prior versions are retained permanently.

Subscriptions, Refunds & Payments

Passes and annual programs are prepaid. 30-day no-questions full refund (less any delivered custom-blueprint work); pro-rata refunds for unstarted periods on semester/annual plans; monthly passes simply expire — no auto-renewal. Nothing included in a tier sits behind a points gate. Need-based aid is available (up to 75%); applying never affects participation. Payments are processed by Stripe; this site never touches or stores card data. Refunds return via the original payment method.
