The Founder Track · AI-Native Pathway

The Founder Track

An AI-native pathway for high-school students. In 3–5 months your child builds an AI project of their own, incubates it into a registered company, and ends up holding a portfolio a university admissions officer can open — taught from a case library of 584 real projects in the LIGHT HOPE ecosystem, every one of them something people actually shipped.

6 unlockable phasesMedicine · Culture · Football中文 + English

Three Tracks

Pick the track your child is already drawn to. Each one is taught from real projects that already exist in the ecosystem, and maps to the Stanford departments it feeds.

Six Phases

Aligned with Stanford d.school design thinking + Lean Startup + YC Startup School. Finishing a phase unlocks the next one, and each phase ships a piece of the portfolio.

Weeks 1–201
Discover · 发现

Understand what AI actually is, try tasks from all three tracks, and arrive at an interest weighting and a first read on Stanford fit. The 7-day trial sits here.

Weeks 3–502
Frame · 立题

d.school design thinking: define a problem worth solving, taken from a real pain point in the chosen track.

Weeks 6–903
Prototype · 原型

Lean Startup: build the first working AI product (MVP).

Weeks 10–1204
Test · 测试迭代

Real users, real debugging, real evaluation — the build-measure-learn loop.

Weeks 13–1705
Incubate · 孵化

YC-style incubation: form the company, plan for it to last, and complete incorporation under guardian authorization.

Weeks 16–2006
Publish & Apply · 发布申请

The portfolio goes live (ready to submit with university applications) and is mapped to the Stanford departments it fits.

The Outcome

One AI project · one registered company · one portfolio for university applications

This is not a course your child sits through. The Founder Track ends in things that exist: an AI product real users have tried, a company registered under guardian authorization, and a versioned, citable portfolio. That is the "already shipped" signal admissions officers almost never get to see.

Programmes worldwide that we take as method references — mentorship, real projects, university-application outcomes: Stanford AI4ALL · Inspirit AI · MIT Launch · Leangap · Polygence · Pioneer.co · Horizon Academic. What we add: a case pool of 584 ecosystem projects, and a loop that runs all the way from idea to an incorporated company.

Enrollment · Guardians

A 7-day free trial, reviewed and signed for by a guardian. The student starts in Discover; the family decides before the full pathway opens.
